The AL004 laser reflection sensor has a metal thread M18x1, connector M12, and a switching distance of 20 ... 200 mm (based on white paper 200x200 mm, 90% reflectivity)

The metal thread ensures high long-term stability and durability, which qualify the sensor combined with high IP65/IP67 protection for use in harsh industrial environments. The sensing distance and light and dark work are easy to adjust with the buttons and teach function saving time and cost and simplifying the commissioning of the sensor

A visible laser light facilitates correct alignment. Thanks to precise background suppression, long sensing distances and switching frequencies, it reliably captures even very small objects

AL004 meets laser protection class 1 and therefore meets the requirements of the automotive industry
